Adjust sponsor hint i18n (#3387)

Browse Source 
- Adjust for all languages.
- For BMCLAPI: Make it clear that this is a service
  for users in Chinese Mainland.
- For HMCL: Since the page that was opened was not
  Afdian but the GitHub repo page, I made adjustments
  based on the actual situation.
- Fix some typos.
